This is the most precise book you will probably ever read on the subject of mindfulness and stress reduction. I lay out explicit explanations for why stress manifests and precisely how to address each individual type of stress.

If you decide to hire me as your stress reduction coach, my private coaching sessions are $150 USD per hour (currently this is reduced by 25% $112.50)I do require payment for sessions before we begin our call. If you prefer purchasing a four-month coaching package, I offer eight hours of private sessions, coupled with eight group mindfulness classes. The package expires within four months of purchase and costs $1520.
