Your coach, Sarah Vallely, will use assessments to identify your unique stress-type. Using the results Sarah will know exactly which mindfulness tools and exercises are best for you personally. You will be coached to become mindful of what exasperates your stress. This will include becoming aware of your own thought cycles, fight or flight triggers and past trauma.
Your six 90-minute online mindfulness classes will coordinate wonderfully with your coaching experience. With this coaching and class training, you will improve the way you process the stress in your life and find clarity about your personal goals.

One full day online mindfulness retreat on Saturday September 10, 2022.
This is a four-month program. Enroll at any time. Our next class series will begin in one month. We will meet on Saturday mornings or Tuesday evenings, depending on what works best for the group. If you miss a class you can view the recording.
