During a typical coaching session I will ask you about your biggest challenge of the week. Then I will lead a discussion to help you unpack your challenge. Our discussion will allow you to view your circumstances and personal patterns in a different light and give you the understanding you need to go forward. I will close the session by tying in mindfulness techniques that will support you to move through your challenge with added ease.
