Solitude & Partnership: Mindfulness for Couples and those in-between Relationships

Create stronger connection with your partner and support who you are as an individual in your relationship. Or focus on your own healing and growth before you enter your next relationship.

Participate in:

  • Six online mindfulness classes

  • Six to eight online mindfulness coaching sessions (in-person option in Asheville)

  • One full day online mindfulness retreat on Saturday September 10, 2022.

You are encouraged to participate in this program even if you are single. Four month program.

Introspection
Peace & Healing (Abridged): Mindfulness Techniques and Philosophy for Sitting Meditation Practice

Learn how to develop an effective sitting mindfulness meditation practice as a beginner or improve upon your current practice. You will learn:

​

  • Tips for cultivating better concentration

  • Traditional mindfulness techniques for taming your mind

  • Valuable approaches for soothing your fight or flight responses

  • Self-compassion practices for healing through pain. loss and shame

​

At entry please be prepared to meditate for 15 minute, three days per week. Three month program.

Meditating on Beach
Peace & Healing (Deluxe): Private Mindfulness Coaching and Online Classes Package

Learn your unique stress-type and exactly which mindfulness tools and exercises are best for your personal journey to peace. Find out if your stress is exasperated by your own thought cycles, fight or flight triggers or past trauma.

Your online mindfulness classes will coordinate wonderfully with your coaching experience. Improve the way you process the stress in your life and find clarity about your personal goals.

Participate in:

  • Six online mindfulness classes

  • Six online mindfulness coaching sessions (in-person option in Asheville)

  • One full day online mindfulness retreat

Training and Certification Programs through TSD Mindfulness

Certification programs offered through TSD Mindfulness (TSDMind.org) include Mindfulness Coach, Mindfulness Teacher, Mindfulness Counselor and Mindfulness Healer.

​

Participate in:

  • Six online classroom trainings

  • Twelve online mindfulness coaching sessions (in-person option in Asheville)

  • One full day online mindfulness retreat

​

Self-paced three to six month program.
